Rose Hill provides Residential Rehabilitation Services For Youths - RRSY. We specialize in adolescent - teen drug and alcohol addiction. Our residential treatment faciltiy is located in Massena, New York, which rests in the North Western corner of St. Lawrence County between the foothills of the Adirondack Region and the St. Lawrence River. Our youth chemical depedency center has successfully provided inpatient care for adolescents from St. Lawrence County, Franklin County, Jefferson County, Oswego County, Oneida County, Monroe County, and many other regions in New York State, New York City, and Canada.
