Rose Hill is a not for profit residential rehabilitation service for youth (RRSY) program. It is licensed through New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services. Rose Hill is a 30 bed facility treating both adolescent (age 12-21) males and females in rural St. Lawrence County. Our thirty bed facility allows for an intensive staff ratio of 5:1 with a very unique therapeutic structure developed specifically for the chemically dependent youth.

Rose Hill provides Residential Rehabilitation Services For Youths - RRSY. We specialize in adolescent - teen drug and alcohol addiction. Our residential treatment faciltiy is located in Massena, New York, which rests in the North Western corner of St. Lawrence County between the foothills of the Adirondack Region and the St. Lawrence River. Our youth chemical depedency center has successfully provided inpatient care for adolescents from St. Lawrence County, Franklin County, Jefferson County, Oswego County, Oneida County, Monroe County, and many other regions in New York State, New York City, and Canada.
