Referral Process
A referral can be initiated by contacting Rose Hill’s admission department at 315-764-9700 Ext. 225 and speaking with the admissions staff. The admission team will need an updated bio-psychosocial evaluation, insurance information and basic demographics for the referred adolescent and a contact number of their legal guardian. Once the admission team receives the required information and a decision is made in regards to appropriate placement for the substance abusing youth, you will be contacted with either a bed date or recommendation for alternative placement.
