Our Treatment Process
Once the youth you referred is admitted into the treatment program a thorough holistic evaluation will be completed in all functional areas of the chemically dependent youth’s life. From there an individualized treatment plan will be developed with the youth and primary counselor collaborating on treatment goals. Each week a weekly progress note covering the functional areas of the youth’s treatment will be sent their referral source keeping them updated on the treatment process throughout the youth’s course of treatment. Approximately 1 to 2 weeks prior to the youth’s discharge a referral will be made for continuing care back in the youth’s home community. A discharge summary, relapse prevention plan, and aftercare/behavioral contract will be forwarded to you upon completion of the youth’s residential treatment component.
