After Care Information
After care is one of the most important steps in the rehabiliation process for youth chemical dependency. We offer a toll free number 1-800-776-7344 to assist all residents with maintaining contact with Rose Hill once they are discharged from the program. Adolescents are encouraged to call when they need to talk with someone or to share how life is going for them in early recovery. All residents will leave Rose Hill with a continuing care plan and a referral to outpatient counseling for continuing their transition back to the community and home.
