How To Begin The Treatment Process
To begin the treatment process you will need to contact the Admission’s office at: (315)-764-9700 Ext. 225.
The admission office will ask that you send over a completed bio-psychosocial evaluation from your previous provider, or you will be asked to have an outpatient chemical dependency evaluation completed. Once the admission department receives your evaluation they will contact you directly to do a phone screening to assess if this is the right program for you. The admission team will then review your application and evaluation. If approved for admission, you will be notified of an admission date or given an approximate waiting time for a bed. If your care exceeds our programs potential, we will provide you with alternative suggestions for treatment.
